Evan Dickson, a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and former Green Beret, has carved a unique path marked by service and achievement. Born in Tallahassee, Florida, Evan's journey took a pivotal turn when he relocated to Seaside in 1999, immersing himself in the vibrant coastal communities of Grayton Beach and Seagrove Beach as a teenager.
 
Educated at Seaside Neighborhood School and South Walton High School, Evan's thirst for knowledge led him to pursue further studies at Northwest Florida State College, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.
 
In 2006, Evan made a selfless decision to serve his country, volunteering for active duty military service in the Army Infantry. With unwavering dedication, he pursued specialized training, earning the prestigious Green Beret (US Army Special Forces Tab) in 2012. His deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, El Salvador, and Guatemala underscore his commitment to combatting insurgency, terrorism, and narco-terrorism.
 
Transitioning from military service, Evan co-founded a successful real estate team, showcasing his leadership and adaptability. His entrepreneurial spirit soared as he propelled the team to close over 100 transactions annually. In 2023, Evan embarked on a new chapter by launching the Dickson Group, driven by a mission to deliver unparalleled service to a select clientele.
 
Evan's accolades in real estate, including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, the World Impact Real Estate Entrepreneurship Award, and the KW Platinum Circle mirror his excellence and innovation in the field. His military honors, such as the Expert Infantryman Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Bronze Star Medal among others, attest to his valor and commitment to duty.
