Born in Tallahassee, Florida, Evan's journey took a pivotal turn when he relocated to Seaside in 1999, immersing himself in the vibrant coastal communities of Grayton Beach and Seagrove Beach as a teenager.

Transitioning from military service, Evan co-founded a successful real estate team, showcasing his leadership and adaptability. His entrepreneurial spirit soared as he propelled the team to close over 100 transactions annually. In 2023, Evan embarked on a new chapter by launching the Dickson Group, driven by a mission to deliver unparalleled service to a select clientele.
